Gave birth to her only child at age 33, a daughter with Downs Syndrome whom she named Hannah in March 2008. Child's father is her third husband of ten months Jonathan Pruett.On May 26th, 2008, she was admitted to Brotman Medical Center Psychiatric Ward in Culver City, California, on a three-day suicide watch. On May 29th, Jeannie was released, returned home, then a couple of hours later, took the family car, and traveled to a Ramada Inn on Sepulveda Boulevard.In Room 306, Jeannie wrote two suicide notes, and sent a text message to family and friends. "I'M DEAD!" were her blunt, final words. Then Jeannie hung herself from the bathroom door. When police were notified, they did a location fix on her cell phone, rushed to the hotel room, forced entry through a window, and cut her down. The Fire Department Paramedics declared her dead at the scene.

Her mother passed away at the age of 28, leaving Jeannie, 3 months old, and brother Robert Nonsee Millar (B. April 12, 1973 D. June 14, 2009). He remarried shortly afterwards and the family then moved to the United States when Jeannie was 3 years old. Her father married four times and retired from the U.S.P.S. in 2000, after 18 years of employment.
