Rajendra Singh Rathore is an Indian politician who is currently serving as the Member of Parliament in the 17th Lok Sabha from Jodhpur, Rajasthan. He is a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). Rajendra Singh Rathore was born on 21 April 1955 in Harpalsar, India. He completed his schooling from Government Senior Secondary School, Jodhpur and went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree from Jai Narain Vyas University, Jodhpur. Rajendra Singh Rathore started his political career in the year 1990 when he was elected as a Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) from Jodhpur. He was re-elected in the year 1993 and 1998. He was appointed as the Minister of State for Home in the Government of Rajasthan in the year 2003. He was re-elected in the year 2003 and 2008. Rajendra Singh Rathore was elected to the 17th Lok Sabha in the year 2019 from Jodhpur. He is currently a member of the Standing Committee on Home Affairs and the Consultative Committee, Ministry of Defence. Rajendra Singh Rathore is married to Smt. Rathore was born on 21 April 1955 in village Harpalsar, Sardarshahar, District Churu, Rajasthan. He was born to Uttam Singh Rathore, a RAS. He was schooled in Hanumangarh, Rajasthan, and then obtained his M.A. in 1980, D.L.L. in 1978, L.L.B. in 1977 at Rajasthan University, Jaipur.
